Certified Best Price — we'll beat any honest quote

Found a lower all-in price from another Canadian apostille service? Send us the quote with your free pre-check and we'll beat it. We put our seal on the price the same way the government puts one on your document.

And the number we quote is the number you pay. Government fees are billed to the exact dollar — no invented "bank fees," no markup on postage, no surprise line you only spot after you've already paid. One written quote, taxes shown, done.

Government fees (billed at cost)

AuthorityFee per document
Global Affairs Canada (federal + MB, NB, NL, NS, PEI, YT, NT, NU)$0
Ontario (ODS)$16 notarized · $32 government-issued
British Columbia$20
Alberta$25
Saskatchewan$50
Québec (Ministère de la Justice)$66.50 (indexed annually)
Verified June 2026. Authorities adjust fees and processing times without notice; your pre-check quote reflects the rates in force on order day. Québec signature verification (Chambre des notaires / Barreau) and embassy legalization fees, where applicable, are third-party costs quoted upfront and billed without markup. Taxes (GST/QST) apply to our service fee.

A realistic example

Birth certificate (Québec) + RCMP check, for an Italian citizenship file: Full Service first document $99 + second document $49 = $148 service. Government: Québec $66.50 + Global Affairs $0 = $66.50. Tracked shipping (you→us, us→2 authorities, return, final delivery to you): ≈ $60 at cost. Realistic total ≈ $274.50 + tax, two parallel streams, door-to-door estimate provided in writing. A typical competitor quote for the same file starts around $300–400 service fee alone.

How payment works

No deposit to get started, and no surprise charges at the end — you see the full number in writing before you pay a cent.
